Aim Wiki
This wiki is for anyone who wants to train aim deliberately. It covers:
- the mechanics behind mouse aim
- the categories that divide aim into parts you can practice on purpose
- how to structure a training session
- the community benchmarks, routines, and trainers it draws on
We write every page in our own words from public guides and articles, and link each fact back to where it came from.
Start here if this is your first visit. It walks through gear and sensitivity, picking a trainer, and running your first benchmark, roughly in the order most players need them.
Sections¶
- Getting Started: gear, sensitivity, and choosing an aim trainer, the setup that should come before you start drilling scenarios.
- Fundamentals: the mechanics behind mouse aim and the practice habits that decide whether training time improves your aim.
- Categories: the three underlying categories, clicking, tracking, and switching, that every scenario and benchmark on this wiki is built from.
- Training: building a routine, reading a benchmark, and handling progress that has stalled.
- Resources: the communities, trainers and tools this wiki draws on, plus guides from across the community.
- Myths: the claims about aim training that get repeated as fact, and what the sources say.
- Glossary: short definitions of the aim-training terms used across the wiki.
- Tags: every page filtered by topic.
About this wiki¶
Most pages here carry a "Draft" banner. They were written from public sources, and no human has checked them yet. A page loses the banner once someone has checked every claim on it against its source.
Articles are a separate part of this site, not part of the wiki. They are signed, first-person pages written from experience, so they carry their author's name instead of a citation trail. They are not open to contributions.
If you spot something wrong, the pencil icon at the top of any page opens an edit against this wiki's source. See CONTRIBUTING for how that works, or browse the source repository directly.
